Envelope 04

The envelope reproduces a SBEDV (Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos sobre Discos Voadores) Special Bulletin 1975 narrative, forwarded in April 1976 by Luiz do Rosário Real, President of SPIPDV in Pelotas. It recounts Prof. João de Freitas Guimarães's August 27, 1957 Canal 13 television interview describing how, around 19:10-19:15 on June 16, 1956, he watched a bulging craft emerge from the sea between Ilha Bela and São Sebastião, deploy a sphere-equipped landing gear on the beach, and disgorge two tall, fair-haired humanoids in green jumpsuits who communicated by telepathy. Freitas Guimarães said he boarded the craft, observed water on the viewports attributed to counter-rotating components and a ray-filtration device, and estimated 30 to 40 minutes of flight before returning, with a follow-up rendezvous arranged for August 12, 1957 that he did not attend after Coronel Aviador Coqueiro warned him the Aeronáutica would meet the disc with two jet fighter squadrons.
