Compiled at Brasília on 6 December 1978 by 1st Lt Adermir Dantas, the document opens by stating it is a summary of all known UFO cases CINDACTA I participated in, that no video recordings exist (every tape was wiped), and that some cases have only VHF and TF audio with no written record. It then walks through dated incidents involving Brazilian Air Force aircraft (QD-TYP, QD-TCB, QD-TYU, FAB 4570, PT-NJA, PT-KPB, PT-JKQ, PT-SBJ, QD-555, VP 377) over Brasília, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Vitória and Bauru, several of which include radar plots with computed velocities between 135 and 966 knots and one ground-and-air event in which an F-5-style interceptor (FAB 4570) closed to roughly 1 NM of a slow-moving object over Brasília airport without visual acquisition. The GAMA case of 20 June 1978 documents an outpost commander, sergeant of the day, four soldiers and the detachment commander witnessing a luminous object near the THF station, accompanied by stones thrown onto the roof and ground sentries firing HK rifles into the surrounding brush. The second half of the envelope is a I COMAR Estado-Maior 2ª Seção compilation of OVNI observation records numbered 001 through 130 with a regional map keyed for sightings, landings, and crashes.
