Núcleo de Sistemas de Informações de Segurança Aeroespacial UFO Records
The file is a consolidated NSISA (Núcleo de Sistemas de Informações de Segurança Aeroespacial) clipping set, drawing on A Noticia, Correio Braziliense, and Diário de Noticias coverage from April through June 1969. Witnesses include named policemen at the 29ª Delegacia in Pavuna, a federal forest-police inspector near Iaciara, photographer Pepe Martínez at Serra Dourada in Goiás, federal deputies Paulo Pinheiro Chagas and Blas Fortes on the Brasília–Belo Horizonte highway, Bahia governor Lomanto Júnior aboard a SADIA flight on 18 December 1963, and Minister Gama Filho from his residence in Guanabara. A Ministry of Aeronáutica source tells Correio Braziliense that the 4ª Zona Aérea in São Paulo is standing up CIOANI (Centro de Investigação de Objetos Aéreos Não Identificados) to handle documented cases. The clippings repeatedly cite multi-witness sightings lasting up to an hour, color-shifting luminous objects, and police-confirmed observations from separate vantage points.
