A federal law enforcement special agent's firsthand account of a multi-day UAP observation, submitted directly to AARO and part of a broader cluster of reports from colleagues who witnessed the same phenomena. The fact that multiple credentialed law enforcement observers reported the same event over two consecutive days in the same region makes this one of the more substantively documented witness records in the public archive.
This memorandum presents the first-hand narrative from Witness 5 provided to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). Witness 5 was one of several United States (U.S.) federal law enforcement special agents who reported observing unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) over a period of two days in October 2023 in the western United States.
