Description of Personnel Associated ET Bases

This is a real CIA document, dated January 28, 1987, and it does exactly what the title promises: "Description of Personnel Associated with ET Bases." It's part of the declassified STAR GATE program -- the Intelligence Community's remote viewing initiative, which used personnel claiming clairvoyance and telepathy to gather intelligence on targets beyond ordinary perception. In this particular session, a remote viewer describes three types of entities and their apparent locations, including sites identified as Titan Base, Mt. Hayes, and locations in South America and Africa. The entities range from human-looking to robotic to distinctly non-human. This isn't fringe conspiracy content someone typed up in a basement -- it lived in a classified CIA folder, got released through FOIA, and is sitting in the agency's own reading room right now, which somehow makes it simultaneously more reassuring and much, much less.
